Lula Virgo

Now look at Lula's chart from Virgo.

 

As far as the abandonement by his father is concerned, the event is

quitejustified. The lord of the house of father, Venus, sits in the ascendent

indebilitation, with little cancellation. Saturn, a negative planet

ofseparation, the lord oftheevil sixth, aspects Venus. Ouch! And the karakaSun

is debilitated with no strong cancellation. The major period inoperation at the

time was Saturn's very period, and the sub periods of theSun or the Moon could

have helped to trigger the happening.

 

His mother's passing would have occurred in the sub period ofMercury-Saturn.

Mercury can again be construed as the lord of a maraka housefor the mother, but

this time Saturn is the obvious culprit as the sub lord.He is the sixth lord

with the Moon, aspects the lord of the house of mother,and sits in the eighth (

death ) from the house of mother.

 

That he spent Mercury-Saturn in jail, just a short time, is

understandablebecause Saturn is the planet of bondage and owns the evil house

of bondage.In other words, the lord of the sub period tagged him for a short

jail term.

 

And his lack of education can be attributed to Saturn's aspect -Saturn asthe

sixth lord, remember- to Jupiter, the karaka of education as well asthe lord

of the house of education. Since the affliction takes place in theascendent, it

happened early in life. Rahu and Ketu also afflict the houseofeducation.

 

In this way I really think that we have events which justify Virgo as Lula'sascendent.

 

Even if the 12th house combination in the Libra chart had a vipreet effect,the

debilitated Sun as the eleventh lord occupying the ascendent would bequite an

anchor to overcome.
