Even i would like to know in what way, since my Ra-Ke period also commences from the 3rd week of November. Further, Nitish Arya from SJVC-Hyderabad had observed from quite a few charts that whenever the periods of Nakshatra/Rasi dispositors occur together, that period proved to be very "significant" for the native. Constellation-wise, Ra-Ke for me would simulate Ve-Ju period...my nakshatra/rasi dispositors...what might happen? For my wife it is placed in 2nd from Lagna so there could be financial problem but what concern me is that 2nd house is also makara. Ra/Me and Ra/Ma can be better or worse depending on their placement in Rashi, D-9 and D-10 chart. But I think since Ra and Ke are not real planets their period can be most unpredictable. This is percieved as bad by the mind, because all its (wrong) desires are obstructed in one bash. This goes for other planets in the 7th from Rahu as well. Look at the 10th house from Rahu. Check planets and houses, these will be obstructed by Ketu. Nakshetra dispositor shows where the minds focus is, and has a governing influence in the sustenance of the house. - Jeeva Rasi Dispositor shows the results of actions, and can promote new actions or cause the fall of the house. - Pakesh Navamsa dispositor is also important. - Amsesh If well placed in kendra, or exaltation, then good results from the activity of the Dasa planet can be expected.
