mundane astrology and Cauvery issue

Dear List,

For those of you not from South India (or especially Tamil

Nadu/Kerala/Karnataka), some introduction:

 

There is a river Cauvery (a.k.a Kavery) running through Karnataka

and Tamil Nadu. It is very prominent in hindu mythology of south

india. The river is called Souther Ganges and traces its origin to

Sage Agastya and Lord Shiva. This river is lifeline to the

agriculture and water needs of both these states, especially Tamil

Nadu as Cauvery flows only though southern karnataka but goes

through most of TN.

For the past 20 yrs, there is a bitter dispute over water sharing,

which is growing day by day. I would like to know whether the

problem and any potential solution can be seen from the chart of

India or the charts of tamil nadu and karnataka (if we can take the

lingusting deliniation of states in 70s(?) as the birth time of

these states). I know some Gurus here (incl. Sanjayji) have analyzed

the charts of India and leaders of TN and Karnataka in depth before.

Would appreciate if they could help.
