The second, the 5th lord will receive the energy of Mangal (karak) and Budh (natural ruler). If not severely afflicted, this is not bad for children 2. 9th lord in 7th would give fortune after marriage or through spouse, yet if natural papa (malefic), than it may damage spouse's health, particularly if in low dignity, bad avastas etc..
