Debilated Moon with Debilated Rahu in Scorpio

Dear Gurus,

 

Does presence of a debilated moon in Scorpio along with debilated

Rahu in Scorpio (some say its Sagittarius) mean that both negative

planets will annihilate the negative aspects of each other ?

Debilitated moon's association with Rahu similarly placed would not wipe away

the neecha effects of Moon.You should find out whehter neechabhanga has occured

for the moon to arrive at correct interpretation of Moon's aspects.House

ownership of Moon and his position in Navamsha will also have to be considered

to arrive at correct interpretation.

However Moon being afflicted by Rahu will result in the native behaving in an

eccentric manner.He may also not be able to adjust with opposite sex well, if a

male.

Rahu's & Moon's dispositor Mars is in Lagna and along with Sun. So

does this result in cancellation of debility for both Rahu and Moon ?
