Guest guest
Dear Visti, I collected the following info from the archives on retrogression. I have a doubt on them. I will be grateful for the help. " Retrogression-1: ================ that natural benefics (debilitated) when retrograde in kendra & trikona carry curse from previous life, and malefics retrograde in kendra & trikona (debilitated) bring blessings from previous life. The reverse happens if retrogression occurs in dusthana. " " Retrogression-2: ================= When a planet is retrogade it gives the opposite effects of its position. Furthermore, a retrogade planet initially delays the fruits of its actual position. i.e. an exalted retrogade planet lording the 5th house, shows that the fruit of ones children will come late and with much work " " Retrogression-3: ================ A retrogade graha has very strong Chesta Bala, showing that this area of life is very important, and the area craves attention to be resolved. Take the Natural Karakatwa of the Graha, and see its effect on the house its placed in. i.e. lets say Saturn was in 4th. Saturn being an enemy of Moon(Karaka of happiness) and Mars(Karaka of property), may cause some sorrow and loss of home respectively. If in turn, Saturn is retrogade, then this sorrow/loss of home, is due to some problem in the past life, maybe a curse. This could happen even thou Saturn is Exalted in the 4th and retrogade " Doubts: ======= One point (Point 2) says that " When a planet is retrogade it gives the opposite effects of its position " What does this mean?. If we apply this, then saturn in 4th (when retrograde) should provide happiness and property. This is because saturn (not being retrograde) in the 4th house causes loss of happiness and property. It is different from what is said in point 3) " If in turn, Saturn is retrogade, then this sorrow/loss of home, is due to some problem in the past life, maybe a curse. In this point it apperas that retrogression indicates past curse, and but the effect of its placement in a house is same as for a non-retro planet. " Kindly help me to understand this better. Kindly clarify. Sincerely, Sudarsan-Chennai.
