Here is my understanding of this chart with relation to marriage. I would be

obliged if guru's and other learned members here can comment/correct my attempt

Libra lagna rises with 7th house occupied by saturn who is debilitated. Lord of

the 7th however is well placed in Scorpio. Mars aspects the 7th house.

7th lord mars placed in the 2nd receives rasi drishti from merc and sun from

cancer and saturn from aires.

AK venus in the 8th would mean lot of suffering. The karaka of the 6th house is

saturn and saturn could have given relief but for the reason that saturn itself

is debilitated. This could also mean residence away from home. Since saturn

get's neecha-bhanga from Sun, sun would come to the rescue.

Making matters worse is the fact that venus the AK is debilitated in navamsa.

This is Raja-bhanga yoga. Venus who is the AK thus afflicted shows that the

native will undergo many struggles due to past bad karma related to venus.

Some bad karma could have been done towards women in the past life. This

debilitated venus in navasma falls in the 12th from navamsa lagna. Her Istha

devata is denoted by Saturn who is Narayana. Worship of narayana is the best

remedy.

UL falls in Taurus who has lagna lord and AK venus in it. UL is aspected by

mercury and Sun. Sun's aspect on UL in this case is the cause of delay since

Sun is the badhakesh. 2nd from UL is Gemini!. It;s lord mercury is placed with

Sun (badhkesh) aspected by 7th lord mars. AL-UL are in 6-8 mutually which is

not condusive for married life.

LI narayana dasa in operation right now. Since ND starts from the 7th house, LI

gives the effect of Ar, the 7th house. Li-Ar currently going on with

debilitated saturn in the 7th. Li-Ge from 2003-08 till 2004-03 could bring

about the marriage event.

Remedial measure for is fasting on Fridays without fail.

I am sure guru's here will enlighten more regarding this.

feel that by the end of 2003 she should be amrried - a good

marriage - provided u make the necessary compromises and

dear hari,

i am adding my some comments on yr beautifull analysis,

1. i have seen in many cases that sat in 7th give associations but delays

marriage. as u have said, sun's aspect also is another reason for the delay.

2. another point to note here that moon & AL aspects A11 & A7 and sat is also

with A5 as well sat in ven star. this may show some affairs. of course i am not

very sure about it.

3. sun gets debilated in d9. so i am doubtfull if sun may of any help. see that

jup is in trine with UL lord ven and also in d9-even ven gets debilated, jup is

aspecting it from his own house. so why jup can not be considered for help? AmK

rahu has mer & moon in 6th. moon is stronger. so Gauri is her palana devata.

moon is aspected by jup. so praying to devi Gauri should help.

4. she will be in rahu-ven-ven from next nov'02 to april'03. that time she will

be in Li-Ta dasa from jan'03 to aug'03. Ta has ven and UL. so i feel that

jan'03 to april'03 should be very conducive for her marriage. as u have told,

Ge sub also may give her marriage as Ge is aspected by ketu.

please correct me in case i am wrong.
