Saturn in 7th house in Gemini with an aspect of Jupiter

Now that everyone is talking about Saturn and its effect I think this

is the right time to ask this question. What kind of results would

Saturn give in the above situation.

 

I've read that "Saturn in 7th delays marriage, but gives a Stable

spouse." I've read this in a couple of books, one by Ernst Wilhelm

and one more book on Vedic astrology. What exactly does this statment

mean? Did the great Sage Parashara actually write this or did we

modify what he said in transaltion after translation?

 

Also, if Saturn in 7th is bad for relationship, wouldn't 1/12 of the

world's population have bad marriages?

 

In any case, I'm trying to learn. Hope one of the Guru's give a

sincerely reply of the EFFECTS of Saturn in the situation noted
