The lordship of 6th is evil, but the lordship of 9th is good. Also jupiter is a natural benefic. In such a case how to intrepret the results when Jupiter aspects a house, say the 7th house?. b) In the above case should we also consider that Jupiter is a natural benefic?. Guest guest Posted September 2, 2002 Report Share Posted September 2, 2002 First of all, for cancer ascendants, jupiter is debilitated in 7th. Any planet in debilitation gives minimum good results. Secondly, if the moon is aspecting jupiter, then it can improve its strength since jupiter is exalted in the sign owned by moon, i.e cancer. But if it isn't aspected by moon, then jupiter is really weak. A weak planet tends to give the effects of the weaker of the two houses it owns. So, here jupiter will give more of its 6th house effects, which also happens to be its moolatrikona sign. Since jupiter is a natural benefic, so, you can expect it not to give great evil effects but if it had been a natural malefic, then it would had certainly given very evil effects. I hope this helps.
