Guest guest
Dear Guru's, If a planet is afflicted (instead of being debilitated) and the dispositor lord of the house the afflicted planet is placed is in a Kendra, does this create Neechabanga raja yoga? Best regards, Harsha
Guest guest
Aum Namah Sivaya Dear Harsha, You rightly pointed out that affliction is different from Debilitation. When a planet is debilitated, the planet causing neecha-bhanga comes into rescue. However, when a planet is afflicted, the the house which it own suffers and the natural indications of the planet also suffer. The karaka of the house, can save the house whose lord is afflicted, however the planet himself can be rescued by his friends or benefics like Jupiter or Mercury. Guest guest
Dear Sarajit, Thanks for a analysis. About the afflicted planet being rescued by it's friends and benefics, in this chart Mars is placed in Virgo and the despositor Mecury is in the 1st and is placed well. Does this mean that the afflictions to Mars is nullified? Looking at my life I would say that the houses Mars represents (4th and 9th) have been rescued but not the natural qualities of Mars.
