Guest guest
Dear Jay Weiss, Good Day At this juncture one more question. What if Rahu is placed with a debilitated planet(say) Mars in this case? Guest guest
All, This is intended as a response to the person who first orginated this question. The person states that they also have Venus in the 2 along with Rahu. depending on the Sign involved, this will greatly modify the usual intended results for Rahu in the 2. Stand alone, Rahu in the 2 House, almost always suggest some degree of family turmoil; here in the USA, where divorce is the norm, this symbolism tends to suggest that the parents have either divorced or broken up, and as a result, there are "family shakeups". In other societies, family issues/turmoil is there as well; note the horoscope of famed Astrologer, BV Raman, who had Rahu in the 2; in his autobiography, he constantly states that he had to contend with family relations that meant him no good. With Venus in the 2 along with Rahu, again, the results are greatly modified, assuming that Venus itself is well placed by Sign; if it is in Virgo (debil), or either of Saturn's or Mars' Signs, the results could be along the lines of what has already been stated. IF on the other hand, Venus is well placed, say in Taurus or Sagittarius, the results can be very good, insofar as family life are concerned. We can also expect the person to have either a pleasant face and/or voice, and may even be a singer. Several classical authorities have opined that such a combo also brings about happiness in marital life, as this combo aspects the 8 house of marital life. All in all, as with anything else, one has to take the totality of the horoscope into consideration. In terms of one's familial life, I would think that one would have to inspect the 4 (Mom) and 9 (Dad) Houses, and, depending on the time of day, the planetary significators of the parents. At night, Venus rules the Mom and Saturn rules the Dad; in the daytime, the Moon rules the Mom, and the Sun rules the Dad. Only by going thru all of those steps, carefully inspecting the chart on the whole, can an accurate assessment of a given area of life, in this case, the family life, can be ascertained. Hope this answer your Q. Guest guest
Dear Mu'Min, What if Rahu and Venus are conjunct (afflicted Venus) in the 2nd house (say in Taurus or Sagittarius) where Rahu is afflicting Venus? What results would this create? I have Rahu and Mars conjunct in the 2nd (Virgo) and I can clearly say that Rahu has ruined the qualities of Mars. Guest guest
Vyam Vyasaadevaaya Namah Dear Harsha, in case of Vijaya Yoga, After a long struggle, Hanuman burns lanka. Hence victory comes after some struggle.. Sometimes this victory is devastating, as it can come at any cost. Grahas which are enimical towards other Grahas, offcourse cause some seperation from those grahas karakatwa. Venus joined Rahu, is like Sita being abducted by Ravana, and hence Venus' Karakatwa is spoilt, and the pureness of love and sex is gone. In the 2nd house, the person insatiably eats sweet things such as chocolates and etc. Best wishes, Visti. - Sarajit Poddar vedic astrology Tuesday, August 27, 2002 1:31 PM Re: [vedic astrology] Re: Rahu in the 2 House Dear Harsha,Doesn't Mars and Rahu conjunction cause the vijaya yoga?... you will win through all adversities...RegardsSarajitOn Tue, 27 Aug 2002 hjay wrote :>Dear Mu'Min,>>What if Rahu and Venus are conjunct (afflicted Venus) in the >2nd>house (say in Taurus or Sagittarius) where Rahu is afflicting >Venus?>What results would this create?>>I have Rahu and Mars conjunct in the 2nd (Virgo) and I can >clearly>say that Rahu has ruined the qualities of Mars.>>Best regards,>Harsha>>>>vedic astrology, Mu'Min Bey <mumin_bey> wrote:> > All,> >> > This is intended as a response to the person who first> > orginated this question.> >> > The person states that they also have Venus in the 2> > along with Rahu. depending on the Sign involved, this> > will greatly modify the usual intended results for> > Rahu in the 2.> >> > Stand alone, Rahu in the 2 House, almost always> > suggest some degree of family turmoil; here in the> > USA, where divorce is the norm, this symbolism tends> > to suggest that the parents have either divorced or> > broken up, and as a result, there are "family> > shakeups".> >> > In other societies, family issues/turmoil is there as> > well; note the horoscope of famed Astrologer, BV> > Raman, who had Rahu in the 2; in his autobiography, he> > constantly states that he had to contend with family> > relations that meant him no good.> >> > With Venus in the 2 along with Rahu, again, the> > results are greatly modified, assuming that Venus> > itself is well placed by Sign; if it is in Virgo> > (debil), or either of Saturn's or Mars' Signs, the> > results could be along the lines of what has already> > been stated.> >> > IF on the other hand, Venus is well placed, say in> > Taurus or Sagittarius, the results can be very good,> > insofar as family life are concerned. Guest guest
Hello all 1. Rahu is with lagna/Asc lord ? what if rahu is with saturn in second house.... specially when it is for aquarius asc .. Because here lord of asc is with rahu ... but rahu has seperative effects to the house but lord of Lagna/ asc (Asc or lagna lord is indiacation of self)... so what could be the combined effects...? Whether Rahu's seprative effects will make oneself to be seperated from family as 2nd house is also considered to one of the imp houses for family...or there will be seperation at the virtual level.... say for taking decisons 2. Rahu is with 2nd house lord..... say for capri asc If sat is with rahu in 2nd ... as 2nd lord is with 2nd with rahu.... Say for other planets also if lord of house is in in his house with rahu... how to find out result..? like say eg. Sat in Auarius with rahu also in aqurius venus in libra with rahu also in libra jup in sagg with rahu also in saggi Mars in Aries with rahu also is in aries... Can somebody comment Regards KPK --- jayweiss2001 <jayhw wrote: > This makes things even worse.
