Deva-datta ayanamsa - does anyone know?

In Jagannath Hora Lite program there is the Deva-datta ayanamsa (Swami

Sadasiva Giri). I was trying a websearch, but couldn't find anything on

this. Would you be able to explain the origins and basics for this

ayanamsa? Who is Sadasiva Giri?

 

I found quite interesting accuracy with this ayanamsa, which puts the

ayanamsa at 26°40' on the spring equinox in 2228, which was confirmed to

me by someone to be the point of line-up of polar point with the center of

our Galaxy.

Dear Dhira Krsna dasa,

There is a book 'The Correct Value of Ayanansa- An Investigation' by

SwamiSadasiva Giri. In this book has he decribed Deva-datta ayanamsa and all

th relatd issues. In 174 pages using many charts, the validity of this ayanansa

has been tried to be established.
