Dear friends,

Namaste

I wonder if anyone on the list has actual experience working with relocation

charts and using (besides rasi that seldom change) navamsa and D-10 as

indicators for the new location and career/karma in comparison with the birth

place.

All comments (also from own charts) and Jyotish references to the same are welcome.

Kind regards

Dear Jay,

I have been doing a little analysis on my own chart to check for relocation

possibilities and in the process looked up the past events. I used the D-4

chart and used the arudha pada of the 4th house (A4) and AL. I have had major

changes in location or place of work in the dasas of planets posited in the

6th,8th and 12th house to my A4. For instance I have my A4 in Taurus and Rahu

posited in the 8th. Rahu and Jupiter exchange aspects and in Rahu/Jupiter

Vimsottari I left my homeland. Now since the 8th from A4 is in the 7th from AL

it was positive. IN the same Rahu/Ketu Vimsottari I left the middle east and

moved to the US for education. Ketu is in the AL signifying a more positive new

beginning. Taking the 12th from A4 I have Mars and in Mars dasa I made a major

change of residence.

So to sum it up we need to check for planets posited in the 6th, 8th and 12th

house from A4. 8th and 12th give major changes. The next thing to evaluate is a

positive or negative change. The position of the 6th, 8th and 12th of A4

relative to AL provides the answer. In my case they are the 5th, 7th and 11th

from AL and hence have been generally uplifting.

The same principle can also be applied to D-10 and gives remarkable results.

This technique was posted by Narasimha Guru around 1999.Please let me know if

you have any thoughts as I am only a student and a beginner. Learned gurus and

members may please comment or critique my post.

Dear Jay & Sudarshan,

I also did use D4 chart to time the events and it works fine.

during the periods of planets that influences 3,6,8,11,12 from A4 in D4 ther

are psooibilities of relocation. however if it is in 3rd the duration is

temporary. if it has to do with 7th,9th then the stay is longer. if it is

6th, 8th or 12th it is a kind of relocation.

Now I do have in both D1 & D4, aries as my A4. also major planets that

influences travel such as Ra, Ke, Ve, sa & ma are almost in same places in

both D1 & D4.

1.My first relocation was in my childhood. I was brought up by my grand

parents and I was running Ju mahadasa, Ju is in 6th from A4 in both D1 &

D4.I was away from my parents for most of Ju period. I joined my parents in

Mars AD & note Ma is in 12 from A4 in D1 & in 3rd from A4 in D4. This was

within country as Ju was involved and is in dual sign.

2. My second relocation was also with in India. this time it was during

Me/Su. Note su is my 4th lord and is together with Me in 8th house which is

9th from A4 in D1. In D4 me is in 6th & Su is in 9th from A4. again here

note the planets occupy dual signs and hence the relocation was wit in the

country. I moved back to My original place in the period of Mars AD(again).

3. This time the dasa was Me/sa/Sa. Me is in 6th from A4 in D4 & 9th from A4

in D1. Note Sa(9/10 lord conjunct with Lagnalord ve & Ra) is in 7th & 8th

from A4, & 7th from Asc. This time I relocated to US. I am currently running

Ke maha dasa & followed by ve maha dasa and hopefully I will be in US until

that period as Ke, Ve are in 1/7 axis with Sa, Ra.

The surprise(exception) is that During entire Sa period I did not relocate

though I did travel a lot in the later part of Sa Dasa. I can not figure out

as it is in 7th & influenced by Ve, Ra & Ke(Assuming same rules apply). may

be experts like sanjayji, narasimha or visti can throw some light on this.

Learned Gurus,

I am a Chartered Accountant and a humble student of the subject. I am

also a new member of this group. I have been trying to work out the

next change in location and job for myself based on my birth

details. I would be grateful if you gurus or any of the learned

people could enlighten me on the same.

My date of birth - 17 June 1976

Time of birth - 01:56am

Place - Bombay (Mumbai), India

Ascendant Pisces 24/59/30

Sun Gemini 2/15/50

Moon Aquarius 1/35/6

Mars Cancer 24/28/58

Mercury Taurus 9/19/37

Jupiter Aries 25/40/16

Venus Gemini 1/54/10

Saturn Cancer 8/ 5/15

Rahu Libra 16/50/57

Ketu Aries 16/50/57

Current Vimsottari dasa - Jupiter/Mercury from 21 October 2001 to 20

January 2004.

To confirm my details are correct, I relocated from my place of birth

Mumbai to Abu Dhabi, UAE in December 2000 when both Saturn and

Jupiter were transiting my 4th house in the rasi chart (moon sign is

aquarius) and in the Dasa/Bhukti of Jupiter/Saturn/Mars.

Could you also enlighten me on the use and creation of D10 and D4

charts.

Thanks and looking foward to hear from you.

Hello Mr. Shripad,

You get excellent software programs which do it for you.

The software Jaganath horo is also pretty good. These are freewares and can be

downloaded from the net. Also Junior Jyotish is a cute and pretty simple tool to

caste horoscopes.

You could save time and focus on other important aspects like interpreting these

charts.

Regards,

Amit.
