Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah.... Dear Jagmeet,Darpaha Dasa & respected gurus, Thanks for your emails regarding ista devata ....I corrected my basics..... Here is my attempt to determine the deities on this chart....please correct me ... Moon is AK ......12th from it is capricorn...no graha in this....its lord saturn exalted..Capricorn being moveable sign getting aspects from fixed sign .....Taurus(With mercury in this)..Leo(with Rahu in leo)...Mercury being the most strong (Having highest degrees) Mercury denotes Vishnu...Hence Vishnu becomes Ista devata.... Is that correct or simply no grahas in capricorn so Lord of capricorn Saturn denotes Ista devata???? So should worship Shiva ..... For PalanKarta.... Me is AMK .....6th from this has SUN & Saturn .... Libra being moveable getting rashi aspect from Taurus(with Me in that) ...Leo( wiht Rahu inn that) and from Aquarius ( with Moon and ketu in that)..... But since Saturn is exalted so becomes palankarta... Should worship Shiva ..... This is my attempt ...Gurus kindly correct me... regards Vikram Health - Feel better, live better http://health. Yes, Capricorn is Karakamsa. It's lord Saturn is exalted and joining debilitated Sun. Other planets which have aspects on Karakamsa are Rahu and Mercury. All of this planets /Deities which they represent/ will have some influence in bringing the person towards final emancipation, the strongest of this planets will denote Ista Devata. Mercury indicate Buddha or Lord Vishnu (in this case Lord Krishna, because he is in the 3rd drekkana. Mercury in the 1st drekkana indicate Lord Rama and in the 2nd and 3rd drekkana Lord Krishna). Saturn indicate Lord Narayana or Kurma and Rahu indicate Durga or Varaha. Person can be inspired to worship some of this Deities and this worship will bring him closer to attainment of the moksha. I suppose that Ista Devata in this case will be Lord Krishna, which is represented here by Mercury (strongest influence on karakamsa). For PalanKarta....Me is AMK .....6th from this has SUN & Saturn ....Libra being moveable getting rashi aspect fromTaurus(with Me in that) ...Leo( wiht Rahu inn that)and from Aquarius ( with Moon and ketu in that).....But since Saturn is exalted so becomes palankarta...Should worship Shiva .....Yes, Saturn is strongest but Saturn does not represent Shiva but Narayana (or similar form of all-pervasive Supreme Being) or Kurma avatara. Shiva can be indicated by Sun. This is my attempt ...Gurus kindly correct me...regards Vikram Health - Feel better, live betterhttp://health.
