Also it would be aspecting the 4th for your home,car and mother . Regarding your marriage when Jupiter transits Leo it would be good time to think about it. But I think your current Rahu dasa may not be very conducive to Marriage as it has no relation to your Navamsa Lagna. But the current Narayana Virgo dasa (1999 to 2010) is suitable as it has Venus. The antar dasa could be any one of the sign which has UL,Ve,Ke or Darakaraka(moon in your chart).
