Guest guest
Learned gurus and advanced astrologists, I would be grateful for your criticism and help with the following chart: A friend of mine who is trying for an arranged marriage for his son; the son had been postponing stating that he wanted a stable job. Now since he has one and still reluctant, the father went to seek astrological advice. He was surprised to be told that the son might end up choosing his wife and that the marriage would take place around early 2003. I have attached his chart. This is what I have interpreted but I cannot answer his questions as to what remedies could be undertaken to prevent this love-marriage, as they are a little bit orthodox and something happened in their family before. 5th lord Jupiter is in exchange with 7th lord Venus and this was my reason to approve that this would be a self-made marriage. Jupiter makes the spouse learned and the association of the 10th lord and 12th lord suggest that the spouse could be at work in a foreign land, as he is overseas now. Does retrograde Venus deny marriage, irrespective of exaltation? Mars is in the 4th from ascendant, 8th from Moon and 12th from Venus; in navamsa, 8th, 7th and 12th respectively. A7 is 12th to the AL and this will lead him rejecting his wife. 7th lord is in 2/12 relationship with Arudhapada. Married life does not appear to be a bed of roses. Mars is in the 7th to the UL; Guru Sanjay said in one of his lectures that these are the people who hate, and if benefic is placed there, it is easy to please but not so with malefics. Mars should represent his brother-in-law(s). Does the presence of AL make any difference to this? >From Vimshotari Dasa, Mercury/Mars started from April 2002; Can Mars give marriage as he is lagna lord? Finally, DK, Moon (5 deg 1 min) is in the 6th from AL. Will this deny marriage? Thanks for your guidance and help, Chidambaram.
