Aspects from Accidental Malefics Malefic?

Are aspects from rulers of 8th and 12th harmful, even if they are

essentially good planets like Venus and Jupiter?

 

Hello and Greetings.

I'm very confused about the aspects of the so-called Accidental

Malefics - the rulers of the 8th and 12th houses that damage the

houses wherein they are placed even if they are good planets like

Jupiter and Venus.

 

Some say aspects from these planets are always harmful, even if they

are Jupiter or Venus;

 

Others say if they aspect their own houses (like Venus aspecting

Libra) the house occuppied by that sign (e.g. Libra) is blessed;

 

Others say if they are placed in their own houses (like Venus

aspecting Libra) the house occuppied by that sign (e.g. Libra) is

blessed;

 

What do you think of it?
