debilation of yogakarka

what bad effects does a debilation of the yogakarka planet for a

particular lagna causes.does it makes the entire horoscope weak or

only the house in which it is present gets weaker.Like in my own

horoscope SATURN which is a yogakarka as well as owner of an angular

and trikona houses for libra lagna is debilated in the 7th

house.what do you say about this.
