I am just trying to learn this great Jyotir Vidya. I am only a beginner student of astrology. Here is my try: It seems that there may be some tragic event taken place in the life of this native on June 11 & 12, 2002. It was a Solar Eclipse day and Sun is his Atmakaraka and also the lord of 8H, which is house of Aayush. Incidentally, this Solar eclipse occurred, when Sun was transiting upon the exact trinal position of his natal Sun. His natal Sun is at 24-27 degrees in Virgo and the Eclipse occurred at 25 degrees in Tauraus. On the given dates, His Atmakaraka Sun, Lagna Lord Saturn and Dasha lord Moon--- All three were very badly afflicted by transiting in exact conjunction with Rahu ( at 24 or 25 degrees) and simultaneously participating in the Eclipse also. This is happening in the 5H, indicating too much mental tension and stress. He was currently running Mo/ Sa/ Ra period. Moon is a powerful Maraka here and placed in 4H. It is aspected by retrograde 2L Saturn from 2H, which is another Maraka house. His Lagna is in the nakshatra of Moon and Antar Dasha lord Saturn is itself the Lagna lord. So, both MD & AD lords are connected with the lagna indicating "Self." Moreover, Moon is also aspected by 6L Mercury. 6H indicates accidents. Moon, karaka of manas, is devoid of any benefic influence in this chart. It is placed in the Rashi of Mars and nakshatra of Ketu. Both these planets are in the nakshatra of Saturn which is also aspecting them and thus afflicting them to a great extent. AD lord Saturn is in the nakshatra of Rahu. Rahu is placed in the 5H. Saturn is also aspected by Mars and 3 & 12 L Jupiter From 6H (house of accidents). Mars is indicating some violent event. PD lord Rahu is aspected by Mars and placed in the nakshatra of Moon. Rahu is also at the exact trinal degrees of Lagna. Lagna is at 12-23 Cap. and Rahu is at 12-08 Tau. All three MD/ AD & PD lords are under the influence of Mars and Rahu- Ketu by way of aspect or by their placement in their Rashi or Nakshatra. And because Moon, 5H and Lagna are involving in Dasha, and in transit Sun, Moon and Lagna lord Saturn were badly afflicted in 5H, it is indicating an event related to unbearable mental stress. In Navamsha, MD lord Moon is again placed in Maraka 2H, aspected by Mars (From 7H), Saturn (from 12H), and 6L Mercury (from 8H). Moon's navamsha lord Venus is placed in 6H. Rahu is placed in the Navamsha Lagna. Is this native committed or attempted suicide? In the Rashi chart involvement of 3 L Jupiter & 11 L Mars and in the Navamsha chart aspect of 3 L Mercury & 11 L Saturn( both houses represents arms) on Moon is indicating that kind of event. Here is my quick attempt. I took the annual Tithi Pravesha chart of 2001-02. It is cast for 3rd October 2002, 2:46:44 pm. At this time, Sun is in his natal sign (Virgo) and natal tithi Krishna Pratipat returns with the same fraction (24.11%) left as at birth). Cast a chart for this time. This annual TP chart has lagna in Cp. Rahu is in the 6th house and 6th lord Mercury is in 10th. Mercury antardasa in Rahu dasa (as per a dasa that is to be used with TP charts) was running during June 6-13. A10 is also in Gemini with Rahu. Looking at the chart, it is a Poornayul one (lord of ascendant and the 8th are in Fixed/common signs, ascendant and moon are both in movaeble signs). So I dont think there was any concerns with life during this period. According to Vimshottari dasa, it was Moon-Saturn-Rahu period. Moon though being a malefic, saturn and Rahu can confer good by virtue of thier placements with respect to family and putrasthana. Looking at the Kalachakra dasa system the time period was Virgo- cancer. In saptamsa cancer has positive argalas from saturn the fifth lord in saptamsa, venus, the 2nd and 9th lord and moon who incidently the 11th lord and also the vimshottari dasa lord. In fact virgo also has positive argalas. Cancer has jupiter and mars, a strong placement. So I think, the native must have had a baby during that period. Because of the malefics involved in the argalas and debilitation of mars in cancer, it could have been a difficult delivery causing a lot of mental tension and in the end resulting in instrumental delivery. The vimshottari dasa also bears it out by virtue of 5th house placement of an exalted Rahu.
