Guest guest
To all members, My daughter was born with leo lagna and a retrograde mars in Scorpio, the 4th house. Opposition with Saturn which is place in Taurus, the 10th house. My wife was shifted to the ICU for 15 days immediately after the delivery. Saturns aspect on the 4th lord and the 4th house did the trick. Guest guest
Namaste! Dear S. Purushothaman & Sagar, Looking at your chart, the Saturn-Mars conjunction in the 10th: Vargottama Saturn is yogakaraka, benefic for your Libra lagna & forms a raja yoga with Mars (neecha situation weakens the Mars), really it could be so much worse! I'm glad you came out of Saturn/Mars unscathed, as Mars is a maraka. Anyway, you do have some other nice things going on, Shubha kartari around your lagna, the Malavya yoga with yr lagnesh in the 1st H very nice!, the kesari yoga in 12th seems to me would give you alot of peace & the ability to let go & relax. I really enjoyed seeing some interesting situations in the charts I documented, and some of the Saturn-Mars combinations looked really scary, but having them in dusthana would put the energy to better use in some cases. My husband has a Vipareeta yoga involving the conjunction in his 12th (Saturn rules 5th & 6th for his Virgo lagna & Mars 3rd & 8th) He was in Saturn vimsottari dasa at birth & will run Mars in 11 years. The only difficulty involving those planets so far has been inability to have a child of his own. And if, like Purushothaman, one has stregnth in other areas of the chart, it might not be so bad! Guest guest
OM GURAVE NAMAH Dear Karyne You have made some pertinent observations.Mars in my chart Neecha Banga Raja Yoga having a strength of 1.8 in power ratio in Shad Bala accounting for having spent 25 years in an Army career.Would you mind sharing your husbands data.I am also interested in this combination and judgements based merely on positions of planets in the Rasi chart alone in most times make no sense unless viewed in depth. Thanks and God Bless. Love and Regards S Purushothaman - "Karyne E. Guest guest
Dear Purushothaman, It makes perfect sense, now that you've told me about the Army career! Mark's birthdata is as follows: 24 Oct 1949 04:29 PST (+8) Kirkland, WA USA 47N41 122W13 He also has an active career like you as a firefighter! Guest guest
Dear Purushothaman, I’d like to go into the divisional charts, but I have a problem. In my "Parasara Light" software, the local time for Singapore is –7:20’05’. Is it a mistake of the software? You wrote: >My life is an open book if you need any details It’s an opportunity for us. I’ll try to check your military career through Vimshottari Dasa in Rasi. Jupiter links 2 strong yogas in your chart: - Moon aspects Rahu in 9th house => energy and weapon (Shakti Yoga). - Jupiter is involved in Shakti yoga by conjunction with Moon. Very strong (debilitated and not retrograde) Mars in house of career joins Saturn in Cancer in own sign => a powerful Rajyoga. If we look at the Vimshottari system, Jupiter is in a nakshatra of Mars, Mars in a nakshatra of Saturn and Saturn in a nakshatra of Jupiter. Hence Jupiter is tied with Rajyoga of Mars and Saturn. Moon, Mars, Rahu, Jupiter and Saturn are involved in these 2 yogas, like the Mahadasas running till now! OTOH only Jupiter can express simultaneously the 2 yogas mentioned above. Vimshottari Dasa of Jupiter was running during 1972-1988. Was it the highest point of your military career? It could be particularly in bhuktis of Saturn or Moon, because of aspect/conjunction of Saturn/Moon on Jupiter. I admit that without being sure of the divisional charts, one is prone to the gross blunder... With best regards.
