Guest guest
Thanks for your reply Jim and it's very helpful for me. Mofie - Jim Bird vedic astrology Sunday, June 02, 2002 8:26 PM Re: [vedic astrology] Gemstone Dear Mofie. Namaste.First off let me say that you must be careful in wearing the stone,if it was not recomended by your astrologer/Guru.The stone must be at least 3 carats or more .(1 carat is=200mg;and 5 carat is =1gr.) The blue Sapphire should not contain fractions of 3/4 of a carat ex. Weights like 3, 31/2,4 or 5 are good. Avoid 3 3/4 and 4 3/4 weights. It should be set in a silver setting in such a way that the stone is in contact with the skin. There is a stone called Kaka Nila a deep blue colour which can be substituted for the real gem a lot cheaper ! Ware it first on a saturday and before wearing first wash it in milk and then in blessed water(or Pirith Pan ) attend a religious service or observe Pansil. After wearing it, you should not remove it for any reason, except for an absoloute necessity and for a very brief peroid.Purana Manthra to recite daily is : OM Nelanjana Samabasham - Raviputhra Yamagrajam Chaya Marthanda Sambutham - Tam Namami Saneishvaram You could also chant the Maha Mrityunjay 108 times daily with love and devotion in the Brahma Muhurata- (4 to 6 a.m.). Mantra is as follows: Om Tryambakam Yajamahe Sugandhim Pusti-vardhanam Urva-rukam-iva Bandhanat Mrtyor-musksiya ma-mrtat Hope this is of help. Guest guest
blue saphire belongs to plant saturn it can be worn to middle finger of right hand. it should be consecreated before weaing. first it should be dipped in water for 2 hours.after cleaning the ring you may wear it on saturday and during saturn hora. especially when saturn is strong in its own sub. mantra is "neelanjana samabhasam ravi putram yamagrajam, chaya maarthada sambhootam tam namami shanaishcharam". you better make test for 15 days before making ring whether blue saphire will be suitable for you or not. if it is not suitable it will give adverse effect. rama devi
Guest guest
Dear Jim, Thank you very very much!!! I'm wearing the stouns about four-five years after several Jyotisha consultations and only now I'm starting to understand little more about it. Thank you very much to SJVC lectures as well! Could you give a little more information, how to recite the mantras and how many times (108 or more?), in which situations and for which goals (or during which Dasa periods or Graha transits)? Is it possible to find any audi records for the mantras? Jay Guru Dev, Youry --- Jim Bird <ligdosgith wrote: > Dear Youry, > Namaste.
