I have posted the D1, D24 and D10 charts with my attempt at determination of Lagna in the D24 and D10. I am a novice and would appreciate if Gurus/Members would give their opinion and reasons. Native uses a birthtime of 7.54pm (Ascendant 1Ge16). I am using his horoscope for learning with his consent and voluntary submission of his details. Date of Birth: November 18, 1944 Time of Birth: 6:30pm to 9:00pm (Rasi Ascendant Tau or Gem) Time Zone of Birth: 5:30 East of GMT Longitude of Birth: 70 E 27 Latitude of Birth: 21 N 44 (I am delibrately not posting other details -children, siblings, marriage- for now). But inorder to confirm you reasonings we need more information. With Gemini Lagna, AL stands in Aries, hence he may be percieved as a dynamic & assertive person.With Malefics in 3H, he could be aggressive as well! With Lagna as Taurus, AL goes to Cancer, hence the perception would be one of a sensitive and intelligent person, who would have softer disposition especially with benefics in 3H & 6H from AL! Which of the above is true??? With the time as 2040, D9 Lagna is Caprcorn. With Jupiter & Moon in trines, he could be interested in astrologer, could be a musician or play an instrument, and an author. With Upapada being consistently aspected by Mars and being posited in 7H in Navamsa, his wife could be authorative in nature. With Gemini Lagna, Nodes are exalted across the lagna, indicating that he may be attracted to spirituality as this is Pravrajya yoga. Was his marriage after 1975... late I guess? I would say he is perceived as an assertive and an aggressive person. However he is not of a dynamic personality. He has a "lax" attitude leaning towards a "too relaxed' personality. On the "dynamic" to "lazy" spectrum he is more towards the "lazy" end. May be in his younger days when studying he may have had the dynamism to be on the top. Unless absolutely necessary I do not believe he would visit a temple. Saturn the AD lord, has argalas from Mercury & counter-argala from Mars. Depending on the PD's one would dominate over the other. From what he has told me and from what I know - Since 1992 he has had excellent jobs. 1992-1994 worked from home had monetarily good job. That was his best time from point of view of work. Since 1996 he is working in NYC as computer consultant with "money made without much work" (at least that is what he tells everyone). It is possible he is just too good with his work and gets it done very efficiently in minimum time. By the way I was looking at the Narayana Dasa in D24. This is what I get for MDs: Li - 1944 to 1961 (Venus exalted) Sc - 1951 to 1961 Sg - 1961 to 1969 (Jupiter exalted) Cp - 1969 to 1973 (you stated 1964 - 68) I have not looked at the ADs.
