I request to brief how one can derive whether one would be coming through a

desired transfer in the job or not in near future?

 

Here is a case of a native who wants to know whether a transfer to a place

would be favored or not, with following details:

 

DOB: May19, 1959; TOB:08-00PM IST; TZ: 05-30Hrs, East; Lat:09N36; Long:

76E34.

 

Chart of the native and as well a query chart is also enclosed.
