Method to get the Nakshatra without panchang

Sir,

 

I got only one reply regarding my question.Sir please help me I want

formulas for calculating nakshatra, rising star & other details to

caste horoscope. Also if a house has strong planet. for e.g in 2nd

house one has Strong star, but it has its lord with malefic, or its

key planet is not well positioned then how should it be concluded.

Will he be rich or poor.Please Explain
