Need help on Understanding Argala

Dear Gurus',

 

Could someone please interpret the following for my understanding of

the concept of Argala - in order to understand the interpretation of

placement of 3L in 3H in the case of:

 

Ascendant Sg (Ke)

3L(Sa) in 3H (Sa, Ma) in Aq

3L has Argala on 5H (has Ve, Ju in Ar),

3L has Argala on 8H (Ca, no Grahas),

3L has Argala on 11H (Li, no Grahas),

3L has Argala on 12H (Sc, no Grahas).
