You are right. The time given in my birth certificate indeed puts my

Lagna in the very last degree of Libra, but some years ago Yogi Karve

>From Bombay was able to list my whole chart correctly by simply looking

at me and he gave Scorpio Lagna. Since he was able to "see" my wifes

chart as well who was not even present then, I developed some faith that

his shakti is real, not imaginary. I have heard, though, that his

intution is not always spot on, especially when he is tired or toomany

people are in the room.

 

In any case, I adopted Scorpio as my Lagna form then on. It requires a

mere change of 3 minutes in the birth time. The chart I attached is my

own chart, not the one of my wife. After reading your text, I realized

that the second condition give by Vishti is there indirectly:

 

1) Mars should aspect Lagna by graha drishti

2) Ketu should be in 1, 4 or 10 to cause possession of a spirit

 

Since the black magic was done to my second wife, I take Capricorn as

her Lagna in my chart (8th from UL in Gemini). Ketu is indeed in the

fourth from

Capricorn and aspects its lord Saturn as well, by rashi drishti from

Aries.

 

So in my case Vishti´s rule works nicely, though Jay seems to have seen

a couple of cases where other factors were involved (such as affliction

of dharmatrikona by 8th Lord).

The Lagna is precariously placed on the border. As you know any

reduction in time could move the Lagna to Libra! But, I trust you

must have looked into it.

 

The signs of abhichara/black magic is present in both cases! With

Scorpio Lagna, the 6L Mars in 7H and Mars aspecting Lagna is an

indication of black Magic.

 

The ultimate cure is Mritunjaya Japa.
