So, I assume that she will give the orders, rather than receiving them. In other words, she is probably managing or directing something. Because the Moon is somewhat weak up there in house 12 and is waning, I think that she is not the top person in her institution but she might run a small department or be in charge of a small group of people. When I am saying that she is assertive, I don’t mean to say that she is not diplomatic or lacking in tact. There may be a relationship with someone doing tough work of a technical nature. The first husband was also involved in tough work. Her work is behind the scenes. As a young girl she had a spiritual bent of mind and wished to become a nun. She is frequently confronted with difficult circumstances or people. One employee literally had a brain aneurysm and died at work so you are right about the dying people.. She does give orders and manages/directs people. It is possible that she is assertive and gets things done and stands up for her goals. She is however very diplomatic and tactful. She is not the top person in her institution, there are two rungs (about 4 people) above her. You could say that she runs a department or is in charge of a group of people. But for the profession that she is in, it is a LARGE department and she is in charge of MANY people. It seems to me that the managerial part of her job is more evident in the chart than the professional qualification required for the position. In some cases this professional qualification has been waived but such cases are rare. A very traumatic event did occur in her life but she grew from it. Can you tell what it was?
