Saturn retrograde in Taurus First House

Hello and Greetings to Everyone,

I'm new to Vedic Astrology.

 

I'm impressed by the degree of refinement, sofistication and precision

of this Astrology school, specially for the planetary Yogas which,

apparently, were never discovered by the Greek astrologers.

 

The Vedic Astrology is Amazing!

 

I have a question:

In James Braha's book, "Ancient Hindu Astrology for the Modern Western

Astrologer", reads that Saturn in Taurus in the First House can

be benefic by placing the ruler of the 9th and 10th houses in the

first one.

But, what happens when this Saturn is retrograde?

Does it harm the 9th and 10th houses?
