Guest guest
om mrityunjaya namah ------------------------- Does a planet qualify for MahaYogada status by ownership of GL, HL and Lagna? The definition by Jaimini is only by sign aspect. In one chart GL, HL is in Capricorn and the lagna is placed in Virgo. If Saturn is placed in Pisces, 7th does this qualify Saturn as a Maha Yogada? (Ownership of GL,HL and aspecting lagna, both sign and graha) Thanks - Abhijit

Guest guest
om gurave namah --------------- Dear Abhijit, Only raasi dristi/sign aspects are to be considered. In your example, Saturn is indeed a Maha Yogada! Guest guest
om shivaya namah ---------------------------- Dear Narayan: Many thanks for the reply. I am totally confused now. If you say that Yogada status is to be judged by Rasi dristi only, how would Saturn quality as the Mahayogada in my example? Saturn OWNS GL and HL BUT DOES NOT cast dristi on Capricorn from Pisces which is a dual sign. Please explain - Abhijit vedic astrology, "iyergroups" <iyer_astro@m...> wrote: > om gurave namah > --------------- > > Dear Abhijit, > > Only raasi dristi/sign aspects are to be considered. Guest guest
om gurave namah --------------- Dear Abhijit, As long as there is an association between HL, GL & Lagna its OK. In your example, HL & GL are owned by Saturn, which in turn aspects Lagna. So Saturn is connecting HL,GL & Lagna by ownersip and aspect. Hence Saturn is a MahaYogada! Hope this clears up your confusion. Regards Narayan vedic astrology, "abbey_us" <abbey_us> wrote: > om shivaya namah > ---------------------------- > > Dear Narayan: > > Many thanks for the reply.
