But the appointment is 'on contract basis'.Every year the appointment gets renewed. This has been going on for last few years. The remuneration is very little, his other source of income as an independent consultant sustains him and his family. He is a middle aged person, and at this age there is a chance of his service in the Government establishment turning into a permanent one ,due to some order of the court of law. But, that may not happen even. The person wants to know at this stage whether his service will be turned into a permanent one or not. May I ask the learned members and Gurus of the list that what are factors to be seen in the horoscope of this anxious person ,by examining which one can say that his 'contract service ' would turn into a permanent one! How this change ( if it happens at all) will be reflected in Vimsottari and Narayana Dasa of this man? I want to know only the principles. Let me apply those principles in his horoscope.
