4 planets in the 3th House and aspect of jupiter from 9th?

whats happens if some one has 4(sun,mer,venus,mars) planets in the 3rd house and

aspected by jupiter from the 9th. with rahu in tenth house and its dasha in

progress(rahu antra jupiter).lagana mesh.moon fifth house.saturn in the 2nd

house.main question
