Siblings: - 3rd/11th from Arudha Lagna Following are basically used for children/siblings; i) Planets influencing the house(See Cova 5th house chapter). ii) Ammount of Navamsas advanced by the lord, i.e. Mars in Taurus Rasi and Virgo Navamsa, has advanced 6-2 = 4 Amsa. Miscelleanous: Many grahas in Movable signs, aspecting the houses, can give many children. Dual signs can give twins, triplets, etc. More is to be learned from the scriptures. Also Drekkana and Saptamsa should respectively be analysed for each individual child, and this should be learnt from writing allready in the archives, or from COVA. Extra: Acording to some scriptures; The contributed Bindus (of planets friendly towards children), in the 5th from Jupiter, will give the ammount. Similarly we analyse 3rd from Mars, and 11th from Jup. This however needs some rethinking and a thorough understanding of Astakavarga(working on it). Sarvath Chintamani states to analyse the ammount of rashmis obtained by the 3rd lord, to see ammount of siblings.
