Birth time rectification help needed.

Dear friends,

 

I need some help regarding birth time rectification.

Here're some details:

DOB: 25-08-1974

POB: 78E30, 17N20

 

My birth time was recorded as 19:43 which yields a

nascent Pisces Lagna. However some astrologer later

told that Aquarius was more probable, but did not give

the time which i should consider. Physical

characteristics can be justified from both Meena and

Kumbha Lagnas, my maha-limited understanding of

astrology tells me.

Intending not to indulge further in conclusions based

on quarter knowledge (which is doubly dangerous than

half-knowledge), I request the vidushaH here to

indicate the birth time I should use.
