Guest guest
Dear Sarbani, dear members of this list, The case of that young girl you’ve given (10th September 1984 9:57 a.m. Calcutta) is a very interesting one. In Rasi, Saturn is in Lagna, Moon is alone in 5th with 4 malefics in quadrants from it : it makes a Kemadruma yoga. Rahu, Ketu, Mars, Sun in quadrant from Moon can’t be benefic in this case, even being in own sign. There are no benefics in Kendras and only one benefic in quadrant from Moon (Mercury). Jupiter, an other benefic, is in maranasthana and Venus is debilitated in 12th house…not very rejoicing. Vimshottari dasa of Saturn/Mercury/Rahu was running at the time of her temptation. Saturn is yogakaraka and exalted, but in maranasthana! In navamsa it is badakesh with Rahu. Mercury is a planet breaking Kemadruma yoga, but it is in Ketu nakshatra and Mars is in Mercury nakshatra (vimshottari system). Ketu joins Mars in Scorpio in their own sign. Mars aspects Ketu in D-9 and D-20. Considering the strength of Scorpio in Rasi, the conjunction of Ketu & Mars can be taken as Pisacha Badhak (perturbed by spirits). In D-20, exalted Mars aspects its own sign in 8th house with Ketu, Rahu, Mercury, Sun and Saturn in it. So, Mars can be very strong here in matters of spiritual progress. Mars can be very malefic too. In D9 Mars is in 8th house in Sagittarius : “fall from height”(Jaimini Sutras1.2.10). Moola dasa of Ketu is running followed by dasa of Mars… This girl needs intensive care… Best Regards Lucas PS. Mars could join Ketu in D-60 too, if we change a little Lahiri ayanamsa. I saw in one of message (from 11/1/02 9:35 pm) Sanjay Rath employing a slightly different ayanamsa (Mercury was not in Aquarius but in Pisces in D9). Could I have an explanation from gurus of this list? She tried to commit suicide couple of months back by trying to jump off the balcony. She had climbed over the balcony and stood on the thin ledge about to jump off. Then almost in a trance she had climbed back again and her life was saved miraculously. Important event in her life: her father had passed away when she was 12 yr. She is libra lagna, kumbh rashi. Lagna lord venus is debilitated in the 12H. 8H is occupied by rahu. Mars and ketu in 2H, aspecting the 8th. I believe mars and ketu combo an be quite deadly. But the interesting point is, that she has saturn exalted in lagna and mars (2H), jupiter (3H) and the sun (11H) in their own house. Mercury is with sun. She is running sat-merc dasha. Does the fact of having 3 planets in swakshetra together with an exalted planet balance the other negatives? But I guess she was having a desire to commit suicide from before that period. It maybe from the period that you mention. I will have to find out more to know the exact timing. Guest guest
Dear Lucas, It is said that if the moon is full, it will take the edge of the adverse trends. Her moon is very full as she was born on the 15th tithi or purnima day. Comment.
