Effect of Rahu and Ketu Debilitation-dear Partha

Thank you very much for your clear reply.

 

How would you interpret Rahu exalted but in a difficult house? I have

Capricorn Lagna with Rahu in the 6th conjunct Mars. Am I right in thinking

that malefic planets in malefic houses tend to cancel each other out and can

even produce good results?
