Guest guest
Dear Vishti, I am not sure who is the Kula devata of my family. WE worship all the gods, including doing Satya Narayana Vrata once a month, Laxmi Pooja, Chandi Path, Ganesh etc. But I can say that I have been more dedicated to Devi (in all forms) pooja for most of my life. Thanks, Neena
Guest guest
Vyam Vysadevaya Namah ----- Dear Neena, You have Venus in Lagna in Vimsamsa(D-20), recieving Rasi Dristi from Moon in Scorpio. This shows that your favorite deity is Durga. The 2nd house in D-20 shows the Kula Devata, and is unoccupied but Lorded by Venus, hence again Durga. Upon looking at your Rasi chart, i've made the following notes; Venus dasa is coming and will last for 20 years. Venus is always enimical towards the 4th sign from it. As Venus is placed in Libra, the 4th is Capricorn, containing Upapada. 4th house is also indicator of family and tradition, and hence the problem arises, due to your own disatisfaction with your family. Venus is enimical towards the 4th from its placement, because the 4th causes distraction from the intent and ambitions of Venus. Hence you may feel that your marriage and family, is opposing your ambitions. So lets see; 4th lord is Saturn, and retrogade in the 7th house, hence giving Graha Dristi on Lagna. Rahu is in 5th, also giving Graha Dristi on Lagna, where Jupiter resides. This can produce a curse of a Brahmin from Past Birth. Mars in 12th house, can show beating or giving pain to a Brahmin. More should be seen from an acurate D-60. The area of the Curse is the 4th house containing Upapada, so that should be our focus. So the curse of a Brahmin will create problems in your home affairs, and Marriage, which will create disatisfaction in your Son. Hence the prediction from the Astrologer was only half true, as the problem wasn't identified. You can confirm the same problems in your Son's Chart too. Remedy: 1) Fast on Saturdays. Theres no substitute for this. 2) Worship Durga regularly as its the protector of your family(Kula Devata). 3) Your Istha Devata is Rama, so perform dhyana on the Shrim Beejakshara, before commencing Japa. If you have any other questions regarding my analysis, please feel free to ask. I hope this helps. Best wishes, Visti. - neenag2000 vedic astrology Saturday, January 19, 2002 4:25 PM [vedic astrology] Kula devata of my family - for Son's chart Analysis Dear Vishti,I am not sure who is the Kula devata of my family.
