Guru Chandala Yoga

Dear all,

 

There is a long series of mails on this subject during the last week.

I was reading somewhere that Jup being quite powerful association

with two malefics is necessary to over power him and cause Guru

Chandala Yoga.

 

Even if we don't buy this argument, it may be necessary to consider

only the close association of Jup - Ketu as GCY as otherwise 12.5% +

of population will be under the curse. Does it sound a possibility,

then let me reword it - once in 8 years ( as Guru bumps into Ketu)all

the births in the world will be a cursed lot ( if we are to buy the

argument of curse from the previous generation of a Guru!). This

makes me think that association in the relevant Dn chart ( higher

order) may be a must for this yoga to materialise.

 

For example, in my chart, Jup & Ketu are conjunct with less than a

degree of separation (Jup wins the war as he is ahead)in the 11th

house and GCY may be considered as in full power atleast in the D1.

Ketu happens to be co-lord of Lagna as well. As for as results, I am

irreligious but spiritual, don't pray but meditate.

 

Ketu is seen as a node - shy, spiritual, meditative, mokshakaraka etc.

What baffles me however is, in Ketu's antara in Ven dasa (which is

running currently) I gave up meditation. Mercury antara saw me

meditating for 4 hrs at a stretch and had become quite intuitive.

 

Any views pl?
