Guest guest
dear visti you are technically wrong when you say that rama and krishna had some rajo guna. this doesnot sound good. they are avataars for a purpose. Thier actions cannot be compared to that of simple humans. For every action they performed their is a reason. i will give you a simple analogy see many people talk about the killing of vaali by rama. Vaali represents the inner desires that are too great to vanquish. The insatiable desires are represented by vaali. A person cannot sit in the front of a tv and watch all kind of stuff and say that he can conquor indriyas(senses) you have to conquor the senses by avaoiding such impulses, in retrospect you have to attack them from behind. Rama is purshottama, he is the god. he represents the atman in ramayana, he conqours the senses(vaali) with the help of sugrreva(the facilitator). the whole ramayana is full of symbolism. dont equate the actions of gods with that of ordinary people.. regards partha vedic astrology, "Visti Larsen" <in_joy_i_scream> wrote: > Vyam Vysadevaya Namah! > ---------------------- > Dear Sarajit, > I was referring to the fact, that anyone born on earth has been born through > Rajas Guna, as we are created by Lord Brahma. > > Without Rajas Guna, we cannot be born as indviduals due to our false ego. > I agree that Rama and Krishna didn't have much of this, but yet they were > there. > > Best wishes, Visti. > - > Sarajit Poddar > vedic astrology > Tuesday, January 08, 2002 5:55 AM > Re: [vedic astrology] Kalas, and miscelleanous (from discussions > from Ramas chart) > > > Hare Rama Krsna > Dear Visti! > > You wrote > > I'm trying to hint at the fact that The Lord was born with two arms and > two legs, just like other Human incarnations, hence he must have been > afflicted with a certain ammount of Rajas Guna, like the rest of us, to be > able to reside here on earth. Guest guest
Dear Partha, Ram and Krishna are avtars of god that took the form of a human being and did the deeds that we humans can try to understand and comphrehended and relate to with our limited intellegence. Do you really think that we humans in kali yuga can really do justice to the charts of human form of god ? Cheers !!!
