If the birth time is exact, you can analyse D-60 (Sasthyamsa) for the karma coming from the previous life, and D-108 for the karma acummulated during several previous lives. This is not meant to say that if your previous birth chart could be found out, it would be the same as the D-60 of the present life, but the indications would be similar. I hope this helps. Even though there is no way you can resurrect the past life's horoscope, much can be known from the D-60 (Shatyamsa) and D-9 (Navamsha). Shastyamsha show broadly what you did in the previous birth and D-9 shows the dharma you carried to this life from the last birth. However the astro-treatese are full of ways of making the conception chart, the D-60 and D-9 of those charts are full of more clues about yourlast life.
