Namaskar,

What will be the effect when Mercury in 3rd House and Mars in 9th house in Libra

as lagna as both have aspects on each other.

And for more case when Mercury is enemy of Mars and Mars neutral to Mercury.

Also Mars is in Mercurys house and mars have aspect on 12th House, also whose

house lord is mars.

What will be the effect of this in case of Mind, Job, Air Travels, Marriage etc.
