Let us try to understand the reasons, I am throwing my initial observations. Mars and Saturn in mutual aspect. Kumbha was the lagna and had malefic mars. Both Sun and Moon in house of Mars aspected by Sani. Danger to people in power when the royal planets are aspected by Sani. Moon in debility and not getting the aid from Guru. Moon in sani's star also. Some help from Guru as he aspects Lagna - so no major tragedy probably. This shows terroism WILL BE THERE FOR YEARS TO COME despite cluster/carpet bombs etc..
