GEORGE HARRISON - can Jaimini explain

I am saddened to hear that George Harrison (former BEATLE) has passed

away. Of all pop stars I admired him the most since my teens....

perhaps because he was "into" Indian culture & music, Hare Krishna,

vegetarian, etc..

My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and fans.

BUT, .... I cannot easily see how this could be the chart of a WORLD

FAMOUS Legend! I mean it is not so obvious...to me anyway.

 

CAN JAIMINI EXPERTS EXPLAIN??

 

What are the reasons for a meteoric rise at such a young age (from

approx. 18yrs) at the start of Jupiter dasha? Just because Jupiter is

in 9th house of fortune, but in enemy Gemini sign?...in that case it

would seem more likely if he went to university (higher learning) or

pilgrimages etc.. Or is it because Jupiter is 3rd lord of

music/singing in 9th house of luck?

 

OK.. so the ascendant is Libra with Venus exalted giving artistic

talents and charisma, but isn't it spoiled in the 6th..?

 

Perhaps 10th lord Moon in asc. aspected by Jupiter brings name &

fame.... but jupiter is afterall 3rd and 6th functional malefic for

libra ascedant? AND MOON IS IN KEMADRUMA YOGA..without any support

from either side by flanking planets...such a weak and waning moon is

unlikely to throw you into the limelight!

 

Asc. lord in navamsa is Saturn debilitated in 3rd house of

music/drama/singing etc.. and afflicted by rahu.

 

9th lord Mercury is also beneficial YOGI planet and it is unafflicted

in kendra friendly sign......BUT Mercury dasha ended his life, and

mercury is not a maraka or a badhaka nor placed in maraka/badhaka

houses? However it is during Sun (badhaka lord) bhukti that he passed

away.

 

OK...so Jupiter in 9th house definitely makes you a "spiritual"

personal and that agrees.

 

I have also read somewhere that a Vargottama atmakaraka (Mars in this

case) helps in fulfilling your desires and achieving your goals with

success...the spiritual sign of Sagittarius is favourable (e.g.

Yoganand had atmakaraka Venus vargottama in sag.)

 

Raj Yoga karaka Saturn is in the 8th! OK..i see the dispositor is

exalted and that may make a difference.? And Saturn is in artistic

Rohini nakshatra. But shouldn't ayush karaka Saturn in 8th give long

life?

 

No Mahapurush yogas either?

 

Both asc. and moon are in Rahu's SWATI, an 'artha' nakshatra which

would explain his wealth and yearning for success in the material

world (at least during his younger days). His Sun (ego) in

Satabhishak nakshatra may account for the fact he was a 'reclusive'

and reserved/quiet type of person.

 

I really look forward to learned members' interpretations from

JAIMINI perspective.

 

I mean, if George Harrison's working-class mother showed me her young

son's horoscope back in 1959 I COULD NOT HAVE TOLD HER THAT GEORGE

WILL BE POPULAR IN ENGLAND.., LET ALONE "ON TOP OF THE WORLD" IN LESS

THAN 5 YEARS! But then, i have still a lot to learn in Jyotish.

Wasn't war-time running in 1943?

With Libra Lagna, Paka Lagna is in 6th, as Venus is

exalted causing a strong Dhimantah Yoga for making a

researcher/scientist... naaah He was never strong at

the books and homework anyway.

 

Try Virgo Lagna, with Arudha Lagna in Taurus, and 11th

having Exalted Venus. 2nd and 4th houses have equal

nuber of planets.

Paka Lagna falls in 5th house.. how lovely.

Why are you worried about Kemadruma Yoga? his father

was a busdriver! His mother did a good job(Moon in

2nd).

 

2nd from Arudha Lagna is very auspicious, giving him

his wealth.

 

There are many strong Raja Yogas from Virgo Lagna, as

well as a Malavya Mahapurusha Yoga.

 

Navamsa Lagna should have Sun in trines/aspecting as

well as Moon in trines/aspecting.

Try Virgo Lagnamsa.

 

Did you notice Venus' strength in many vargas? It

attains Paravaatamsa.. No doubt it should be well

placed from Arudha Lagna, so definitely not in 8th

from AL as it is with Libra Lagna.
