Retrograde Planets

Dear Friends,

 

I wanted some clarifications about the effect of retrograde planets.

 

Do retrograde planets behave in the exactly opposite way in a house,

compared to their effect in normal motion? I mean such as whether a

retrograde planet debilitated behaves as exalted, or a weak planet

becomes strong?

 

Or is it just that the planet follows the same effects as they

ordinarily would, but in less intensity and in a weak manner? Do

retrograde planets necessarily behave in evil way even though placed

in auspicious houses, or can they have good effects to some extents?
