Guest guest Posted November 21, 2001 Report Share Posted November 21, 2001 Hi, I would think the following may be close: Budha <= 14 degrees Kuja <= 17 degrees Guru <= 11 degrees Sukra <= 10 degrees Sani <= 15 degrees Moon <= 12 degrees People talk about different degrees when grahas are retrograde. We need not think Moon becomes powerless when there is combustion though there is some reduction of its effects. Sani suffers worst probably when combust. Budha may not get affected much thanks to his mutable nature. IN some places, Sun and Mercury in close conjunction has been seen for intellectual persons and saints. warm regards, Balaji S. Some texts say that Mars cannot be combust. A lot also depends on what house is lorded by Sun in the chart. eg. If Sun were to rule 9th house and its combusting a planet then we could say that the planet will be combust by the 9th house lord (sun) and predict accordingly. Cheers !!!
