I rectified it to be 7:49 PM December 29, 1970. But I am not sure or don't have enough confidence to say that it is right. Female Chart: Born on December 29, 1970 between 7 PM to 8:30 PM at Ludhiana, Punjab, India ( Long: 75E51 Lat: 30N54), Time Zone 5:30 East of GMT. Important events in life: Came to USA with her parents on 1984, went back to India in 1989 to study in boarding school, while parents stayed in US ( I guess we can look for separation from parents), Father died on 26th September 1992, she came back to US in 1994, got married on 3rd July 1999. Preferably give event dates, down to month-year, instead of just year... many 14 year old indian girls travelled to US in 1984. Also if you could give us info regarding the type of education(if any) that she completed. Her facial-appearance would also help. Best wishes, Visti.
