Guest guest
I refer to the BHPS. Verses 59 and 60 of Chapter 3 describe that planets in their moolatrikona give 75% of their full effects. In verses 9 to 12 of Chapter 8, it's stated that the strength of planets reduce gradually between their exaltation to debilitation points, and that their strength at intermediary locations can be arrived at proportionate to their location between the two extreme points. For me, this seems hard to understand, especially with respect to Jupiter and Venus. They both have their moolatrikonas next door to their debilitation rasis. How can there be such a sudden increase in the planetary potency so close to their debilitation points? Logically, the moolatrikona positions of Moon and Mercury seem perfect. The moolatrikonas of Sun and Saturn are beyond their halfway points, while that of Mars roughly halfway between exaltation and debilitation. Could some enlightened one here spare some time for an explanation? Please. Regards, Ramapriya hubli
