Dear Partha,

 

The expression "struggling with expenditure" is 'not my cup of tea' as people

tend to create expenditure as a result of their own (or nearest/dearest) actions

(that is frequently true for the majority). Saturn in the 12th is the

disciplinant/teacher in this matter i.e for these people there is a lesson to be

learned here. This depends naturally also on the placement of the Moon AND the

Nakshatra that Saturn is occupying and aspects to it.

What I find very disturbing for Leo Asc. with Saturn in the 12th (frequently in

this connection) is -

a) the spouse causing expenditure/debt

b) envy from secret enemies which may cause trouble/lost.

 

The health issue for Leo's is another story and as it is a physical/mental issue

there are many other components involved such as the Sun (L1) and (again) the

Moon L12/Mind), Mars (blood pressure) Mercury (nerve system).
