New Data File and JHL

Actually JHL calculates correctly. The problem was what I suspected: my

mistake in entering the data. I have entered eastern longitude instead of

western for both of them. Here are the corrected files. Also if you notice

discrepancies with other files, please check the netered data, especially

Eastern/Western time zones and longitudes, which I may have mistook with a

few charts. Thanks for all corrections and feedback. The correct charts will

be added to the next release of the data file after a few nwe charts are

incorporated.
