Guest guest
Now this is a rather complicated position of Mercury. There is kalasarpa dosha, parivartan between 6th&7th lords, vipreet rajyoga in the chart, and three planets, mercury, jupiter& moon debilitated in the navamsa. The subject is senior bueaucrat ,just started his mercury mahadasa in july,2001.Birth data is as follows:- DOB;15,October,1946---TOB;2100Hours,IST:---POB;Hardoi(UP),India. Long:80E07:----Lat:27N25. Horoscope:--- Taurus,Lagna(26:42)&Rahu(19:51):Gemini,Moon(03:23):Cancer,Saturn(14:36): Virgo,Sun(28:33):Libra,Jupiter(11:08),Mercury(18:12)&Mars(21:14):Scorpio,Venus(06:33)&Ketu(19:51).NAVAMSA:Virgo,Lagna&sun:Scorpio,Moon&Saturn:Saggit,Ketu:Capricorn,Jupiter:Pisces,Mercury:Aries,Mars:Gemini,Rahu:Leo,Venus. The main point that i am looking an answer for is whether mercury"s significations are destroyed as a result of conjunction with VRY planets mars&jupiter. If so,how does mercury behave in its dasa(and antar of VRY Planets).Does it become a malefic or remain a YK and give results of 2nd&5th House? Any Thoughts on this. Best regards, Fayyaz
Guest guest
dear fayaaz mercury is yogakaraka for taurus lagna native. being 2nd cum 5th lords he is a great benific for them. now mercury's placement in rajaya or 10th house is welcome. where is mercury for you. could you give details so that i could analyze fully. regards partha --- Fktareen wrote: > Dear Alex, > Waiting to hear from you about how Mercury behaves > for this Taurus lagna > native. And anything else that you find interesting. > Warm regards, > Fayyaz > Make a great connection at Personals. http://personals. Guest guest
Thanks for pointing out the adhi Yoga which had slipped my mind. But this yoga appears to be somewhat adversely affected by malefic mars. Moreover, mercury conjunction with VRY planets and its navamsa position will probably modify its character and results. And what about the parivartan of mars &venus. Will it affect mercury"s role as it is closely conjunct mars? Will mercury remain a benefic for the chart? Regards, Fayyaz
Guest guest
Thanks indeed for looking into the chart.Debts, diseases,&enemies being the normal signification of 6th house will probably manifest but i am not sure to what extent. However, 6th house is a upachaya house (Growth) also. Therefore ,depending upon whether mercury is behaving as a malefic or a benefic in this case, it may confer upachaya effect on the negative or positive significations of the 6th house, where he is placed. But this is just one point because a planet gives results in its dasa of its natural significations, lordship ,conjunctions, aspects&any yogas formed(yogas taking prcedence, i guess over other matters). The question is whether in view of its placement, conjunction, lordship, and navamsa position mercury will behave as a malefic or a benefic in this chart. And what about the parivartan of mars&venus. Will it affect mercury"s role, as it is closely conjunct mars? Guest guest
dear fayaaz mars is the stronger of the three planets in 6th house. mercury and jupiter being weaker than mars is not good for mercury. mercury das will give diseases and debts. jupiter is a functional malefic and his presence in 6th with 12th lord gives VRY but what about mercury. as i said earlier mercury is a yogakaraka for taurus lagna. but unfortunately his placement in 6th doesn't help at all. probably other experts may feel differently , mercury here is not in a great position. regards partha vedic astrology, Fktareen@a... wrote: > Dear Parthasarthy, > Now this is a rather complicated position of Mercury. There is kalasarpa > dosha, parivartan between 6th&7th lords, vipreet rajyoga in the chart, and three > planets, mercury, jupiter& moon debilitated in the navamsa. The subject is > senior bueaucrat ,just started his mercury mahadasa in july,2001.Birth data > is as follows:- > DOB;15,October,1946---TOB;2100Hours,IST:---POB;Hardoi(UP),India. > Long:80E07:----Lat:27N25. Guest guest
Fayyaz, Mercury is involved in an Adhi Yoga. This as you know is a raja yoga conferring prosperity, health, status and recognition. The presence of Mars may bring in an element of ruthlessless and aggressiveness or may give a scientific or technical cast to his profession. Guest guest
Thanks for your reply to my email.KSY efects did diminish after 36 years age in this case as life stabilised after marriage at 36 years age,on second return of Rahu to its natal position.Jupiter VRY planet gave a big lift in life & saturn was OK. Now lets hope Mercury remains a benefic in spite of its association wite VRY planets & its YK significations dont get destroyed by association with VRY planets, especially mars, with whom mercury is closely associated.I hope adhi yoga prevails in this case. What results do you expect mercury to give in its mahadasa? Guest guest
Many thanks for your follow up email. Great saying indeed. B V Raman is a great vedic scholar. there is hardly a book written by him which i have not read & followed.Regarding the rest of your previous email, please refer to my email just sent Regards, Fayyaz
Guest guest
The adhiyoga is a stronger yoga than VRY because the latter is incomplete. Mind you, VRY is a good yoga. It is true that the KS yoga exists in this chart, but its influence diminishes after the age of 35. The parivartana of 6th and 7th is should not lessen the adhiyoga effects. In addition this yoga should give health and good looks. --aphoton Fktareen (AT) aol (DOT) com wrote: Dear ---aphoton, Thanks for pointing out the adhi Yoga which had slipped my mind. Guest guest
What I omitted in the last email was something I have borrowed from B.V. Raman. A yoga is like an idiom, the order of the words may be ungrammatical but that does not diminish the yoga.
