Is this Kaal Sarpa Dosha

Can somebody please tell me if the attached chart has a Kaal Sarpa

Dosha. All planets are between Ra / Ke, and facing Ra. Jupiter is

in the same Rashi as Ra, but since it is Retrograde, it is facing Ra

too.
